Dr. Maria Lenira Leite-Browning
is a native of Brazil. Dr. Browning has written numerous
articles on goats, both from her office at the Tennessee
State University, the Tenessee Goat Producers Association,
and the Extension Animal Scientist, Alabama A&M
University in Huntsville, AL.
Dr. Browning was instrumental in the formation of
the Tennessee Goat Producers Association and currently
is the President of that organization.
She and her husband, Dr. Richard Browning, a goat
research scientist at Tennessee State University,
live in Nashville, TN.
